Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients may request unlimited free amendments and we will revise their design at no extra charge, provided the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy does not apply once 72 hours have passed since your initial design delivery, once final files have been delivered, once you have approved the initial design concept, or once you have requested revisions on a presented design. Refunds are also not available where the order is cancelled for reasons unrelated to our policies, where no action has been taken on the order for 5 days, where our terms and conditions have been violated, where a change in design concept has been demanded, or where the maximum time allowed to request a refund has been exceeded.

Other situations that are not eligible for a refund include closing or renaming your business, change of mind or partner disputes, approval of deliverables or first designs/layouts, acceptance of multiple revisions, and failure to provide the initial design brief within 5 days of order placement. Our 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if a designed logo is found to be considerably similar to an existing logo; any such resemblance is coincidental, and it remains the client's responsibility to have their artwork copyrighted.

For bundled services, a refund can only be claimed against the specific dissatisfying service, not the full bundle. Every refund request must have a valid reason, evaluated against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions, and we reserve the right to approve or disapprove requests on a case-by-case basis. Placing orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intent to claim a refund is not considered good faith and may result in a declined request.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any project or contract whenever necessary, at our managerial discretion. After a successful refund, you have no rights to use the incomplete or completed design concepts for any purpose; these remain our sole property, and the relevant information will be submitted to Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legality.

How to Claim Your Refund

We will try to resolve your concern in light of our revision policy, or otherwise email you a refund approval from our refund department. Once a refund is issued, rights to the design transfer to us, and you may no longer display any version of the design provided. We may share Copyright Acquisition data for refunded designs with Government Copyright Agencies to restrict their future re-use as original designs.

Refund amounts depend on timing: a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee) applies if requested before initial concept delivery; a 66% refund applies within 48 hours of initial delivery; a 33% refund applies between 48–120 hours of initial delivery; and no refund is entertained after 120 hours, though we always encourage customers to reach out with any concerns. All requests should go through our support department and are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.

Amendment Policy

We offer an unlimited amendments guarantee. To receive a free amendment, requests must be made within 20 days of the order delivery date (up to 45 days for reasonably large orders); after this window, we assume the customer is satisfied. Amendment turnaround time depends on order urgency: 24 hours for orders up to 24 hours urgent, 48 hours for orders 24–48 hours urgent, and 72 hours for orders 48 hours and above urgent.

Our Programs

Amounts credited to your account through the Referral Discount offer, the Affiliate Program, or similar programs are non-refundable and non-cashable.

Quality Assurance Policy

Our consultants work strictly to the specifications provided in the order form, and all work is proofread prior to final delivery. All work submitted upon project completion becomes your property, once paid for, and your responsibility.

Once a promotional discount is applied, other discounts such as the Bulk Order Discount and Membership Discount will not apply to the same order.
